CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sacred Artistry, we value both your time and ours. If you book an appointment, we require adherence to our cancellation guidelines to ensure the best experience for every guest.

24-Hour Notice 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

Late Cancellations 

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% service fee.

No-Shows 

Guests who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. 

Deposits 

Select services may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows but may be transferred if proper notice is given. 

Arriving Late 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and did not cancel or reschedule in advance (prior to your appointment start time), we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. In such cases, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full service fee may apply.
